Foça Yan Yana Terms of Service & Community Guidelines

Foça Yan Yana is a community platform designed to nurture a spirit of helping, sharing, and cooperation among residents of Foça. The platform is free to use and connects real people who live locally.

Each neighbour is personally responsible for their own activities, payments, and any legal obligations that arise from using the platform.

Each user agrees to:

• Create an account using their real identity and accurate information.
• Interact respectfully, honestly, and helpfully with other members.
• Avoid sharing misleading, illegal, or spam content.
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Comply with all applicable laws, community guidelines, and platform rules.

Foça Yan Yana does not charge any commission for transactions between users.

Payments are made directly between users via bank transfer (IBAN). The platform only facilitates communication and document exchange and is not a payment service provider or intermediary.

Users are solely responsible for income declaration, tax obligations, invoicing, or any official reporting related to their payments. The platform is not legally responsible for financial agreements or disputes between users.

• Accounts may be suspended permanently if fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected.
• Accounts can be closed in case of complaints, policy violations, or threats to community safety.
• Serious violations or illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• All personal data is protected under KVKK and GDPR regulations.
• Data is used only to operate the platform, enhance user experience, and maintain security.
• No user data is shared with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes.

• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or political propaganda are strictly prohibited.
• All users must maintain a positive and inclusive tone in their interactions.

It is strictly forbidden to share or sell:

• Alcoholic beverages, tobacco, and related products
• Gambling, betting, or games of chance
• Adult content, escort services, or sexual products
• Prescription drugs or medical supplements
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Animal sales or endangered species
• Counterfeit, stolen, or copyright-infringing goods
