6. Data Use Policy for Users Logging in with Google Account
This policy applies to neighbours who sign in to Foça Yan Yana using Google OAuth (Sign in with Google). We access only the details needed to confirm who you are and offer a trustworthy experience.
6.1 Data Accessed
When you connect with Google, we access your first and last name, email address, and profile photo (if available). These details are stored in Supabase exclusively for authentication and account creation.
6.2 Data Usage
We use this data to create and verify your account, keep your access secure, personalise your community profile, and send account-related notifications. We never use Google data for advertising or behavioural profiling.
6.3 Data Sharing
Your Google account information is not shared with external parties. It is stored on the Supabase infrastructure, protected through TLS and AES-256 encryption. No data is sold or transferred for marketing or analytics.
6.4 Data Storage & Protection
All records are encrypted and transmitted via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords and tokens are never stored in plain text, and only authorised system services can access them.
6.5 Data Retention & Deletion
When you delete your Foça Yan Yana account, the related Google data is removed from production systems and backups within 30 days. You can also email destek@focayanyana.com to request deletion at any time.
6.6 User Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, revoke your consent, or ask for data portability. Simply reach out to destek@focayanyana.com with your question.
